On this day, the UNESCO Commission honors living traditions worldwide that enrich cultural diversity and togetherness.
One of these special cultural assets is Kneipp therapy, which has been part of the nationwide list of the German UNESCO Commission since 2015.
This recognition was a significant milestone – supported by the joint commitment of the cultural heritage bearers, the Kneipp Association, the Association of German Kneipp Spas and Kneipp Resorts, as well as the city of Bad Wörishofen.
In Austria, Kneipping has also been intangible cultural heritage since 2016.
